Migraine and Cluster Headaches
A study to determine if an investigational medication works to prevent migraine headaches in teens (adolescents) when compared to placebo (sugar pill). Volunteers 12-17 years old weighing between 77-220 pounds who have been experiencing migraines for at least a year may be eligible. Research site located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Diabetes - Type 2
A research study to evaluate the safety, effectiveness and tolerability of an investigational oral medicine for Type 2 diabetes. Volunteers 21-78 years of age who are managing Type 2 diabetes with medication, or diet and exercise may be eligible. Research site located in Coral Gables, Florida.
A clinical trial of an investigational formulation of hepatitis B vaccine that does not contain thimerosal (a mercury derivative). Babies less than two weeks old who have not yet been vaccinated against hepatitis B may be eligible. Research site located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
