A research study of an investigational inhaled steroid for the treatment of asthma. Volunteers must be at least 12 years of age, suffer from asthma, be non-smokers, and be using an inhaled steroid for their asthma. Research site located in St. Louis, Mo.

Osteoarthritis

A research study evaluating the safety and effectiveness of an oral investigational medication for the treatment of osteoarthritis pain. Volunteers 40 and older with osteoarthritis pain for at least one year may be eligible. Research site located in Danbury, Conn.

Malignant Melanoma

A research study of a combination of medications for the treatment of unresectable Stage III or Stage IV melanoma. Volunteers who have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks and who have histologically or cytologically confirmed unresectable (Stage III) or metastatic (Stage IV) melanoma that has progressed after receiving at least one cycle of DTIC or TMZ containing regimen may be eligible. Research site located in Charlottesville, Va.
