Neuropathic Facial Pain

People with neuropathic facial pain or those with pain on one side of the face are being sought to participate in a study to be conducted at McLean Hospital's Brain Imaging Center. Prospective participants will undergo an initial screening with the P.A.I.N. Group Research Team to determine eligibility. Eligibility criteria include ages 18 to 65, able to communicate in English, non-smokers, and pain for at least three months. Research site located in Belmont, Mass.

Knee Replacement

People with knee replacement surgery are asked to participate in a research study involving experimental drug treatment to prevent the formation of blood clots. This study is being conducted by Albert Einstein College of Medicine. You may be eligible to participate if you are at least 18 years of age; have a scheduled primary, one-sided, elective total knee replacement; and weigh at least 88 pounds. Research site located in Bronx, NY.
