Radiant Research is seeking men and women who are at least 18 years of age and experiencing pain three months after shingles (herpes zoster) have healed. Qualified participants will receive study-related evaluations, exams and investigational medication at no cost and may be compensated for their time. Research site located in Dallas, Tex.

Bipolar Disorders

A study for male and female volunteers over 18 years old who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder currently in the manic or mixed phase. Qualified volunteers will receive compensation for each inpatient stay in the hospital and for each treatment day. Total compensation will depend on the level of involvement. Research site located in Glendale, Calif.

Asthma

Research study participants are needed for a National Institutes of Health sponsored asthma study. Research will focus on the biologic differences between non-asthmatic individuals and asthmatics of varying severity. Non-smoking, asthmatic or non-asthmatic volunteers from ages 18-55 are needed. Research site located in Denver, Colo.
