Vaginal Infection Rheumatoid Arthritis Healthy Patient Studies

Vaginal Infection

If you have been postmenopausal for at least six months and have vaginal dryness, you may qualify for this study. Participants will receive at no charge physical exams, lab tests, mammogram and study medication. Compensation may be available for time and travel. Women interested in the study must be 30-80 years of age and be able to take hormone replacement therapy. Research site located in Medford, Ore.

Rheumatoid Arthritis

This study will evaluate efficacy and safety of etanercept 50 mg BIW in RA subjects who showed a sub-optimal response to standard dose etanercept (50 mg QW) and concomitant methotrexate therapy. Participants must have diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis with a duration greater than or equal to six months, current and prior but continuous etanercept treatment for at least five months, and must be receiving methotrexate (MTX) at a stable dose greater than or equal to 15 mg/week for at least four weeks. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Healthy Patient Studies

The Brigham and Women's Hospital Visual Attention Lab is seeking participants ages 18-55 with normal or corrected-to-normal eyesight for non-invasive vision studies. The studies consist of computer-administered tasks such as searching for a "target" item. Participants have the opportunity to make between $50 and $100 ($10/hr) for participation in multiple studies. Research site located in Boston, Mass.
