A research study to compare the efficacy of two investigational medications in hormone receptor positive postmenopausal women with advanced breast cancer. Postmenopausal women with advanced breast cancer whose last cancer therapy was a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor (Arimidex or Letrozole) may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Heartburn

A research study of an investigational medication to treat heartburn. Volunteers ages 18 to 70 who have had heartburn for at least six months, experience moderate intensity heartburn at least four days per week, and who do not have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) may be eligible. Research site located in Bristol, Tenn.

Osteoporosis

A research study of an investigational medication to treat osteoporosis. Women 60 to 85 who have low bone mass or osteoporosis and have not had their menstrual period for the last two years may be eligible. Research site located in Plainview, NY.
