Volunteers at least 40 years old who have been diagnosed with COPD, are current or ex-smokers, and who do not use oxygen for more than 16 hours a day may be eligible. A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of constipation due to prescription pain medication. Volunteers who are taking chronic pain prescription medication for non-cancer related pain and who experience constipation may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Lung Cancer
A research study to evaluate the effects of an investigational medication in combination with chemotherapy in patients with stage IIIB/IV non-small cell lung cancer. Volunteers 18 and older who have a confirmed diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
