A research study to compare the efficacy of two medications for the treatment of breast cancer. Post menopausal women with advanced breast cancer whose last cancer therapy was a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor (Arimidex or Letrozole) may be eligible. Stomach Discomfort

A research study to assess the efficacy and safety of an investigational drug in women with dyspepsia. Women 18 and older who have had persistent or recurrent symptoms consistent with dyspepsia -- including mid to upper abdominal pain and discomfort (sense of fullness, bloating, nausea, or vomiting) -- for at least 12 weeks during the previous 12 months may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Alzheimer's Disease

A research program to study ways to improve the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Volunteers 50 to 90 years old who are in good health, have known mild to moderate Alzheimer's, and have been taking 10 mg. of Aricept each day for at least three months may be eligible. Research site located in Worchester, Mass.
