Diabetic Neuropathy

This study will investigate the efficacy of 200,400,600 mg/day of SPM927 compared with a placebo in reducing pain in people with distal diabetic neuropathy. Eligible candidates must be 18 years and older, have symptoms of painful distal diabetic neuropathy for six months to five years, and have a diagnosis of diabetes mellitus 1 or 2. Research site located in Phoenix, Ariz.
