Oral Cavity Cancer

A clinical trial to see how effective a study drug is at reducing the incidence, severity and time of onset of oral mucositis (inflammation of the mucous membranes in the mouth) in patients undergoing radiation therapy to the head and neck area. Volunteers with confirmed diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma of the mouth area, mouth and throat area, or nose and throat area may be eligible to participate. Research site located in Kansas City, Kansas.

Colon Cancer

An open-label study of a peptide vaccine in patients with stage III Colon Cancer. Volunteers who have confirmed Colon Cancer stage III, have no evidence of disease (NED) after their standard treatment, and who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
