A clinical research study comparing an oral marketed drug to a non-medicinal placebo for the treatment of moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis. Men and women 18 to 75 years of age who have been diagnosed with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
A research study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication compared to placebo in the treatment of fatigue and neurobehavioral impairment (lack of focus and concentration, the inability to organize daily activities, and memory loss) related to chemotherapy in adult cancer subjects. Research site located in Tacoma, Washington.
A research study of an investigational medication for improving both erectile dysfunction (ED) and symptoms of depression. Qualified volunteers must be 18 years or older, be in a stable relationship for at least six months, and have at least a 6-month history of ED with moderate episodes of depression. Research site located in La Mesa, California.
