A research comparison of two FDA-approved drugs in combination versus one FDA-approved drug in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who have received one prior chemotherapy. Volunteers who have confirmed advanced non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) and have received one prior chemotherapy for metastatic NSCLC may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

A research study of an investigational medication to prevent secondary strokes. Volunteers at least 55 years old who have had an ischemic stroke within the last 90 days and are clinically and neurologically stable may be eligible. Research site located in Schenectady, NY.
