A research study of an investigational medication to target the causes of chronic dry eye, rather than just the symptoms. Volunteers age 18 and older who are in good general health and have had chronic dry eye for at least six months may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Depression

A research study of an investigational medication as an as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of major depressive disorder. Volunteers between 18 and 65 who meet the diagnostic criteria for a major depressive episode and whose symptoms of depression do not fully respond to antidepressant medication may be eligible. Research site located in Washington, DC.
