Lung Cancer

A research study to determine whether an investigational medication has an effect as a 2nd-line treatment in non-small cell lung cancer ("NSCLC") for patients having failed one prior platinum-containing chemotherapy regimen. Volunteers at least 18 who have had one previous treatment of a platinum-based drug such as cisplatin or carboplatin may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

A research study of a combination of medications for patients with hepatitis C. Volunteers ages 18 - 65 who have not been treated with ribavirin/peg-interferon in past six months may be eligible. Research site located in Orlando, Fla.

Colorectal Cancer

A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of colorectal cancer. Volunteers 18 or older who have a history of colorectal cancer that has spread to other organs and have adequately recovered from recent surgery, chemotherapy or radiation therapy may be eligible. Research site located in Bronx, NY.
