Bipolar Disorders (Pediatric)
A six-month open-label clinical research study to evaluate the safety of Depakote ER in the treatment of mania associated with bipolar I disorder in children and adolescents. Eligible candidates must be between 10 and 17 years of age and weigh at least 60 lbs (27 kg), have a current psychiatric diagnosis of bipolar I disorder, manic or mixed episode and an outpatient in a manic or mixed episode. Research sites located throughout the United States.
The study doctor will give some participants an investigational gel for the treatment of osteoarthritis. Participants must be at least 40 years of age and have a diagnosis of dominant-hand OA for at least 12 months. Research site located in Arlington Heights, Ill.
This study will assess the effect of anemia therapy in participants with both chronic kidney disease (CKD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Participants must have signed, written informed consent, have an Hb less than or equal to 11.0 g/dL, and have CKD and DM. Research sites located in Arizona, Nebraska and Massachusetts.
