Volunteers 40 - 80 who have at least a 1-year history of osteoarthritis of the hip or knee and require daily treatment with strong prescription medication may be eligible. A research study of an investigational medication for patients with Imatinib Mesylate (Gleevec), Glivec-Resistant Or Intolerant Malignant Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor (GIST).
