A research study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an approved medication to lower cholesterol. Eligible volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and currently taking an approved and stable daily dose of a cholesterol lowering drug called a statin. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Gout (Hyperuricemia)

A research study of an investigational medication for hyperuricemia and gout. Volunteers at least 18 years of age who have fully recovered from prior surgery may be eligible to participate. Research site located in Boston, Massachusetts.

Rheumatoid Arthritis

A research study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of an investigational medication for rheumatoid arthritis. Volunteers at least 18 years of age who have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis for at least 6 months and are being treated with an NSAID (such as naproxen or ibuprofen) may be eligible. Research site located in Teaneck, NJ.
