Stomach Discomfort

A research study to assess the efficacy and safety of an investigational drug in women with dyspepsia. Female volunteers 18 or older who have had persistent or recurrent symptoms including mid to upper abdominal pain and discomfort, (sense of fullness, bloating, nausea, or vomiting) for at least 12 weeks, not necessarily consecutive, during the previous 12 months may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Bladder Disorders

A research study of an investigational medication to treat overactive bladder (OAB). Healthy female volunteers who have a minimum of three month's history of overactive bladder and typically urinate 10 or more times per day may be eligible. Research site located in Elk Grove Village, Ill.

Prostate Cancer

A research study of an investigational medication in treating patients with androgen-independent prostate cancer (AIPC). Volunteers 18 or older who have histological confirmation of adenocarcinoma of the prostate with evidence of metastatic disease may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
