Do you ever have that creepy, crawly feeling in you legs when you sit down to relax and you have to move your legs constantly? To participate in this study, you must be 18 to 75 years old, meet the diagnosis of RLS, have a score of > 15 on the IRLS scale, must be in good health, must use two forms of contraception if of child bearing age, and have no history of depression, vascular disease or psychiatric disorder. Sleep Disorders (Pediatric)

Children and teenagers between the ages of six and 16 are needed to participate in a clinical research study evaluating the efficacy and safety of an investigational medication for excessive sleepiness associated with obstructive sleep apnea. This study involves four daytime office visits and two overnight visits to a Manhattan sleep laboratory over a period of seven to eight weeks. Research site located in New York, NY.

Fibromyalgia

If you are currently being treated for or have been told by a physician that you have fibromyalgia, you may be eligible to participate in this research study of an investigational medication to treat the condition. Participants will undergo study-related medical procedures and receive investigational medication at no cost and may be compensated for travel. Research site located in Raleigh, NC.
