A study is underway to test a medication that could treat relapsed or refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL).

Volunteers at least 18 years of age or older who have documented relapsed or refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma following at least one or more prior therapies may be eligible to participate.

Research sites are located throughout the United States.

Parkinson's Disease

A study is underway to test a new medication to treat Parkinson's Disease.

Volunteers 30 years of age or older who have no prior exposure to Requip, 3 months maximum exposure to Sinemet, and 6 months maximum exposure to Permax or Mirapex may be eligible to participate.

The research site is in Durham, N.C.

Type II Diabetes

A study is underway of an investigational inhaled insulin for patients with Type II diabetes.

Volunteers between the ages of 18 - 80 who have Type II diabetes, manage their illness with oral medication, diet and exercise, and do not smoke may be eligible to participate.
