A research study to determine the antiviral activity, safety and tolerability of a combination of medications for the treatment of HIV-1. Volunteers who have HIV-1, have received all three types of HIV antiviral drugs, and who are on a stable dose of protease inhibitor may be eligible. Research site located in Tampa, Fla.

Anorexia

A research study to identify the genes that might predispose individuals to develop anorexia nervosa. Volunteers at least 16 years old who have had eating disorder symptoms for at least three years and have a biological relative who has had anorexia nervosa may be eligible. Research site located in Fargo, ND.

Pseudobulbar Affect

A research study to assess the safety and effectiveness of a study drug which may alleviate the symptoms of pathological laughing and/or crying (pseudobulbar affect) in individuals with other neurological disorders. Volunteers 18 to 75 who have a clinical history of pseudobulbar affect may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
