A study to assess the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication in people with neuropathic pain associated with diabetic neuropathy. Volunteers at least 18 who have diabetes mellitus (type I or II) that is controlled by oral or parenteral hypoglycemic agents or diet and who have a diagnosis of painful diabetic distal symmetric sensory/motor polyneuropathy may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

A study to assess the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Volunteers with a histologic and/or cytologic diagnosis of locally-advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who are not curable by conventional therapy may be eligible. Ovarian Cancer

A study of an investigational medication for patients with ovarian cancer. Female volunteers at least 18 years old who have a diagnosis of epithelial cancer of the ovary, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer and whose cancer has progressed after platinum-based chemotherapy may be eligible.
