Chronic Back Pain

A research study of a potential new treatment to reduce pain in the lower back. The study medication is delivered through a patch applied to the skin. Volunteers who have had chronic lower back pain for more than three months may be eligible. Research site located in Walnut Creek, Calif.

Lung Cancer

A research study comparing two medications in patients who have locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that is refractory or resistant to platinum and Taxotere chemotherapy. Volunteers 18 or older may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
