A research study to compare mood changes between two FDA-approved drugs in participants with partial seizures. Volunteers who have been diagnosed with epilepsy and have experienced at least 2 simple partial or complex partial seizures with or without secondary generalization in the previous six months may be eligible. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

A study to compare the safety and effectiveness of different doses of an investigational medication for severe diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Female volunteers 18 or older who have been diagnosed with severe diarrhea-predominant IBS and have failed conventional therapy may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
