Pancreatic Cancer

This is a phase-III clinical trial to compare a combination of the drugs ALIMTA plus GEMZAR versus GEMZAR alone in patients with unresectable or metastatic cancer of the pancreas. Patients may be able to participate if they have cancer of the pancreas that cannot be removed by surgery, or that has spread to a new site in the body. Research sites located throughout the world.

Colorectal Cancer

This research study will determine the effectiveness of an oral investigational drug for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer, after the patient has received prior therapy with irinotecan (CPT-11) plus 5-fluorouracil (5-FU). Research sites located throughout the world.
