Volunteers at least 18 years old who have experienced RE for at least 6 months and have been in a relationship with just one female partner for at least 6 months may be eligible. A research study evaluating an investigational laxative for the treatment of occasional constipation. Volunteers at least 18 years old who have experienced an average of 2 or fewer spontaneous bowel movements per week for at least 3 months may be eligible. Research site located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
A clinical trial of an investigational medication for osteoarthritis of the knee. Volunteers age 18 or older who have had osteoarthritis of the knee for at least 3 months may be eligible. Research site located in Danbury, Connecticut.
