Ulcerative Colitis

A study of an investigational medication for patients with mild to moderately active ulcerative colitis. Volunteers 18 years of age or older who are currently taking oral mesalamine (such as Asacol(tm), Pentasa(tm), or Colazal(tm)), 6-mercaptopurine (such as Purinethol(tm)) or azathioprine therapy (such as Imuran(tm)) may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Lung Cancer

A study of a combination of medications in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Volunteers age 18 or older with histopathologically or cytologically proven non-small cell carcinoma of the lung, either Stage IIIB or Stage IV, that has progressed on or after platinum-based chemotherapy may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
