A research study of an investigational inhaler for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Volunteers at least 40 years old who are current or former smokers, have trouble breathing or a persistent cough and do not have any known allergies or significant heart conditions may be eligible. Research site located in Bay Shore, New York.
