Volunteers at least 18 years old who have active Crohn's disease and are dependent on corticosteroids for treatment may be eligible. Research site located in Lexington, Kentucky.
COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)
A research study of an investigational inhaler for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Volunteers at least 40 years old who are current or former smokers, have trouble breathing or a persistent cough and do not have any known allergies or significant heart conditions may be eligible. Research site located in Bay Shore, New York.
High Cholesterol (Hyperlipidemia)
A research study to test an investigational drug's ability to lower cholesterol. Volunteers 18-79 who have high cholesterol may be eligible. Research site located in Lexington, Kentucky.
