Ovarian Cancer Healthy Women Studies Diabetes - Type 2

Ovarian Cancer

A research study to determine the effectiveness of two investigational drugs in patients with recurrent platinum-sensitive ovarian, fallopian or primary peritoneal cancer, as well as tumors of mixed mullerian origin. Female volunteers at least 18 years old who have had one prior platinum-based chemotherapy regimen for the treatment of the primary disease may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Healthy Women Studies

A clinical research study of an investigational medication. Healthy female volunteers age 18-40 who have regular menstrual cycles, are using a non-hormonal form of birth control, and are non-smokers or light smokers may be eligible. Research site located in Laurel, Maryland.

A research study to test the effects of low sugar meal replacement products on blood sugar levels. Volunteers 40-65 years of age with Type 2 non-insulin dependent diabetes who are in general good health may be eligible. Research site located in Huntington, New York.
