Emphysema

A study of an investigational oral medication to test its safety and tolerability in patients with moderate to severe emphysema. Volunteers ages 50 and over who have stabilized emphysema, have the ability to swallow gelatin capsules, and are not on maintenance therapy with oral steroids may be eligible. Research site located in Tacoma, Washington.
