Volunteers at least 18 years old who have a documented diagnosis of ulcerative colitis, which is mild to moderate indicated by a Disease Activity Index score of greater than or equal to 4 and less than or equal to 10 may be eligible. A clinical trial to compare the effectiveness of two medications in preventing breast cancer in postmenopausal women.
