A research study to compare how safe and effective an oral investigational medicine is in preventing the development of prostate cancer in men who are at increased risk. Volunteers who have had a single negative prostate biopsy within 6 months prior to study enrollment and have a PSA between 2.5 and 10 may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

A research study using an investigational oral medication to control weight and appetite. Volunteers 18 or older who are in general good health, overweight, not currently participating in a weight loss program or taking anything to control weight and do not have diabetes may be eligible. Osteoarthritis

A clinical research trial of an investigational medication worn as a skin patch for people who suffer with osteoarthritis pain. Volunteers 40 to 75 who have at least a 1-year history of osteoarthritis of the hip or knee may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
