A research study to compare the effectiveness of different combination chemotherapy regimens with or without cetuximab in treating patients with resected stage III colon cancer. Volunteers at least 18 years old whose cancer has not spread to other parts of the body and who have had no previous chemotherapy or radiation therapy for colon cancer may be eligible. Research site located in Bethlehem, Pa.
A research study of an investigational medication designed to treat obesity. Volunteers 18 to 65 who are overweight and have not taken prescription or over-the-counter medications 14 days prior to the study may be eligible. Research site located in Tacoma, Wash.
A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of bipolar depression. Volunteers 18 to 65 years old who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and are currently experiencing a depressive episode may be eligible to participate.
