A research study of a new oral medication for hepatitis. Volunteers who have a positive hepatitis C antibody test and are genotype 1 with a minimum of 100,000 IU of hepatitis C virus by nucleic acid testing may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

A research study of an investigational medication for ovarian cancer. Female volunteers age 18 or older who have stage III/IV ovarian cancer and have had elevated levels of CA125 may be eligible. Research site located in Austin, Texas.
