A two-year research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of "wet" age related macular degeneration. Volunteers 50 or older who have been diagnosed with "wet" age-related macular degeneration may be eligible. Research site located in Nashville, Tenn.
A research study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication for patients with metastatic (stage IV) adenocarcinoma of the pancreas. Volunteers who have a histologically confirmed diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the pancreas with metastatic (Stage IV) disease and who have failed a gemcitabine-containing chemotherapeutic regimen within three months of study entry may be eligible.
