Pancreatic Cancer

A research study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication for patients with metastatic (stage IV) adenocarcinoma of the pancreas. Volunteers who have a histologically confirmed diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the pancreas with metastatic (Stage IV) disease and who have failed a gemcitabine-containing chemotherapeutic regimen within three months of study entry may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
