Insomnia Healthy Patient Studies Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

Insomnia

This 28-day study is for people with insomnia. Volunteers 18-64 who are able to spend eight nights in sleep center and who are not on any anticoagulants, have not had any type of peptic ulcer disease, and have no history of any other sleep disorder (such as sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, etc.) may qualify.

Healthy Patient Studies

This is a research study of an investigational medication for smoking-related breathing problems. You may be eligible if you are at least 40, a current or former smoker, have a persistent cough or tightness in your chest, or are experiencing chronic wheezing or a decrease in energy and activity.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

This study will evaluate an investigational drug for irritable bowel syndrome. Women 18-65 who have IBS with diarrhea may be eligible. Participants will receive at no cost study medication, study-related physician visits, lab work, and financial compensation for time and travel.
