Bursitis or Tendon Injuries
If you have moderate-to-severe pain of the elbow, knee, or shoulder, you may have tendonitis or bursitis. This study is evaluating the safety and effectiveness of an investigational pain relief patch to treat these conditions. Volunteers at least 18 with tendonitis or bursitis of the shoulder, elbow, or knee may qualify.

Do you have high blood pressure? This trial will evaluate the effectiveness and safety of treatment with carvedilol controlled release formulation (COREG CR), Lisinopril (Zestril), or a combination of these medications.

Weight Loss
This study will evaluate an investigational medication for weight loss. To qualify, you must be 18 or older, overweight, and motivated to lose weight. If you are a female, you must be of non-childbearing potential. Participants will receive all study-related exams and investigational medication at no cost, and may be compensated for time and travel.
