Breast Cancer or Memory Loss Diabetes - Type 2 Asthma or Asthma (Pediatric)

Breast Cancer or Memory Loss

The goal of the study is to evaluate a computer-based training program for people with breast cancer who also have shown memory loss. Volunteers 21 or older may be included who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and who have shown cognitive decline, and who have not had a stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), or traumatic brain injury within the past year. Other criteria apply.

The research sites are located across the United States.

Diabetes - Type 2

If you have type 2 diabetes you may qualify to join this research study of an investigational inhaled insulin. Study participation will last about seven months and will require approximately seven clinic visits. Candidates 18 or older who have been diagnosed with diabetes type 2 for at least six months, are currently being treated with oral medication for diabetes, are a candidate for insulin treatment (failing adequate control on oral treatment), and who have no history of lung disease may qualify.

Asthma or Asthma (Pediatric)

This study, evaluating an investigational medication for asthma, will include 11 visits over approximately six weeks. Non-smoking volunteers 12-75 who are currently taking inhaled steroids may be eligible.

The research site is in St. Louis, Mo.
