Diabetes - Type 2 Asthma Fungal Infections

Diabetes - Type 2
This is a one-year clinical research study to determine the safety and effectiveness of an investigational weight-loss medication in overweight people with type 2 diabetes. You may qualify if you are 18-75, on stable oral anti-diabetes medication, and have NOT taken part in any formal weight-loss program over the past three months.
The research site is in Charlottesville, Va.
Does having a cold make your asthma symptoms worse? This study will test the effectiveness of an investigational nasal spray to ease asthma symptoms that are made worse by the common cold. Volunteers 18-65 who have been diagnosed with asthma for at least two years, are in generally good health, and do not smoke may be eligible.
The research site is in Raleigh, NC.
If your toenails are cracked, flaky or discolored, you may qualify for this study of an investigational medication for toenail fungus. Participants ages 16-75 will receive all study-related exams and investigational medication for toenail fungus. Compensation up to $350 is available for time and travel.
