Lupus Obesity Insomnia

Lupus

This research study, which will last about 18 months, will evaluate an investigational drug's effects on kidney disease in people with systemic lupus erythematosus. The study drug will be administered in combination with mycophenolate mofetil. Participants may be reimbursed for some travel expenses.

Obesity

If you are overweight or obese and are between the ages of 18 and 65, you may be eligible to participate in this research study of an investigational medication. Participants are eligible for study-related physical exam, laboratory tests, investigational medication, and personal weight management counseling at no cost.

Insomnia

This seven-week study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication for insomnia. Participants will be required to make six visits to the clinic, including two overnight stays. Volunteers 18-64 who have difficulty falling asleep and are sleeping fewer than six hours per night may be included.
