This study seeks people over 18 years of age that have moderate-to-severe "frown lines" between their eyebrows to participate in a clinical research study of an investigational drug. Other criteria apply, and you may be compensated for time and travel if selected to participate.

Dupuytren's Disease

You may be eligible for this study of an investigational drug if you are 18 or older and have Dupuytren's contracture, (an abnormal thickening of the tissue in the palm that limits movement). You must have a diagnosis of Dupuytren's contracture with a fixed flexion deformity of the finger(s) of at least 20 degrees or no greater that 100 degrees for MP (80 degrees for PIP) contracture. Other criteria apply.

Sexual Dysfunction

This study will evaluate an investigational medication for female sexual dysfunction. Healthy women 18-45 who have had feelings of decreased libido for the past six months may be included. Study related exams and treatment are provided at no cost to you, and no insurance is required. You will receive compensation for your time and travel if you qualify.
