Constipation Growth Hormone Deficiencies/Abnormalities Diabetic Neuropathy

Constipation

If you are 18 or older, are receiving a stable opioid regimen, have documented opioid-induced constipation, and are willing to stop all laxatives and other bowel regimens, you may be eligible for this study. The use of constipation rescue medication will be allowed.

If you are 18 or older, do not have a history of diabetes, are of above-average weight and have seen an eye doctor within the last year, you may qualify for this study.

Diabetic Neuropathy

If you have type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus and have had chronic pain in the lower extremities for at least six months but not more than five years, you may qualify for this study.
