Healthy Children Studies

Healthy child volunteers are needed for this study. Those who qualify will receive influenza vaccination, free of charge, over a period of seven months. Eligible children must be ages 6-35 months or 3-8 years, have a parent or guardian available by telephone and for clinic visits, have no history of allergy to eggs, and no illness within the prior three days.

Osteoarthritis

Millions of Americans have osteoarthritis, the most common type of arthritis. If you are 45-80 years of age and have pain associated with osteoarthritis, you may qualify for this one-year study. Participants will receive study-related evaluations, investigational medication, and may receive compensation of up to $1,000 for transportation.

The research site is in Daytona Beach, Fla.

Contraception

This research study will evaluate the effectiveness of an investigational birth control pill. Women 18-45 who are willing to use the study drug as their only method of birth control may be included. Participants will receive study supervision by a board-certified doctor, study-related tests and exams, and study related birth control pills at no cost. Compensation may be available for study-related time and travel.

The research site is in Phoenix, Ariz.
