Rheumatoid Arthritis Depression High Cholesterol
(HealthDay News) -- Here are the latest clinical trials, courtesy of Thomson CenterWatch:
If you have active rheumatoid arthritis and currently take 10 mg. to 25 mg. of methotrexate per week, you may qualify for this research study. Participants will receive study medication and medical evaluation at no cost.
The research site is in Haddon Heights, N.J.
If you are ages 18 to 65, you may qualify for this research study of facial stimulation as a treatment for depression. The study will use a device called a trigeminal nerve stimulator (TNS) to stimulate the trigeminal nerve on the face.
The research site is in Los Angeles, Calif.
If you are age 65 or older and have high cholesterol and are at risk for coronary heart disease, you may qualify for this research study. Participants will receive study related medication at no cost, and compensation is available for time and travel.
The research site is in Mineola, N.Y.
