You may qualify for this study if you are 18 to 49 years old and have an uncomplicated gastric or duodenal ulcer. You may not participate if you are nursing, pregnant or intend to become pregnant.

If you have stage 3 or stage 4 melanoma, you are invited to participate in this clinical study. Participants will receive either the study drug or standard chemotherapy.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome

You may qualify for this study if you are between 18 and 70 years old and have IBS accompanied by diarrhea. Participants will receive study related exams and medication at no cost.
