Constipation Memory Loss High Cholesterol (Hyperlipidemia)

Researchers are studying an investigational medication to treat symptoms of constipation, including infrequent bowel movements, bloating, straining, and/or abdominal discomfort. To participate in this study, you must be 18-64 and have had fewer than three bowel movements per week for at least three of the past six months.
The research site is in Laurel, Md.
This clinical research study will evaluate tests used to diagnose different stages of memory loss. A volunteer 50-85 may be included whose memory loss is none-to-moderate, and who has a partner willing to accompany the volunteer to all study visits.

High Cholesterol (Hyperlipidemia)
People who need to manage high cholesterol are needed for this clinical study of an investigational medication. Qualified participants ages 18 to 80 will receive study medication, study related physician visits, and lab work at no cost.
