Candidates for this study must be aged 50 to 90, diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, and on a stable dose of donepezil 10 mg daily for at least four months.

If you are a postmenopausal women aged 40 to 80, you may be eligible for this study.

Diabetes and Hypertension

If you are 18 or older, have been diagnosed with stage-2 systolic hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus, and have been on a stable anti-diabetic regimen or stable diet and exercise program for at least four weeks, you may qualify for this study.
