If you live in an earthquake zone, be prepared

If you live in an area prone to earthquakes, you might take them for granted. Don't.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says you should always be prepared, and know what to do to protect yourself and your family.

One thing you can do when a quake hits is take cover under a heavy desk or table. And door frames away from windows offer better protection than other spaces.
