Exercise Program Can Improve HRQoL in Adults With Fracture Risk

Adherence to an 18-month exercise program improves health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in older adults at risk for fracture. Of 162 participants, those randomly assigned and adherent to a community-based, multifaceted exercise program had improvements in HRQoL and osteoporosis knowledge scores.
