Black and Blue Eyes

Blue-eyed jocks may end up seeing black

(HealthDayNews) -- If you have blue eyes, don't take up boxing or you could end up with black eyes.

The journal Perceptual Motor Skills reports that, other things being equal, dark-eyed people are better at reactive tasks, like boxing, hitting a ball, or playing defensive positions in football. Light-eyed people generally do better at self-paced sports, like bowling or golf.

Blue-eyed people who want to play baseball should consider pitching.
